Web design Merseyside

Web design in Merseyside,
without the agency runaround.

NeonPyro builds websites, custom software, automation and AI for Merseyside businesses from our studio in Moore. Every price is published on this site, every quote is fixed in writing, and you own everything we make.

What it costs

Real prices, not "call for a quote".

Ask three Merseyside agencies what a website costs and you'll get three meetings and still no number. We'd rather you knew before you ring: these are the prices our clients pay, published because we've got nothing to hide behind a sales call.

Launch£1,950

A sharp one-pager or small site for a Merseyside business that needs to start converting visitors this quarter, not next year.

Growth£3,950

The full site: up to twelve pages with a blog or news section and proper enquiry, quote or booking forms. The one most clients choose.

Commerce£5,950

An online shop for up to fifty products — payments, shipping and stock emails set up, and training so your team can run it without us.

Automation starts at £950, practical AI at £3,450, and care plans from £49 a month — the full breakdown is on the pricing page. All prices exclude VAT.

Merseyside, specifically

Built for how this region trades.

Merseyside is a region built on its waterfront — Liverpool's docks moved the world's cargo, and the city still trades on being open for business. Today that means independent shops on Bold Street and in the Baltic Triangle, hospitality across the city centre, and a thick band of logistics, manufacturing and distribution stretched along the M57 and the port. The same problem repeats across all of it: quotes written by hand, enquiries answered too late, and websites that stopped earning their keep years ago.

A quoting tool that drafts the line items for you, or a site that actually turns up when someone searches "near me", is usually the highest-leverage fix. Not a prettier brochure — software that does real work and pays for itself inside a quarter.

The independents across Merseyside — the Wirral, St Helens, Knowsley, Sefton — face the other half of the problem: footfall that moved online, bookings handed to third-party platforms and their fees, and enquiries lost to whoever replied first. We build sites and automations for those too: enquiry forms that route themselves, booking systems that don't need babysitting, stock and order emails that send themselves.

And because we're forty minutes down the road, we can come and see the operation in person before quoting — which is how the quote stays fixed, instead of growing once the work starts.

Honest proof

A new studio, not a new team.

We won't show you a page of Merseyside client logos — NeonPyro is new, and pretending otherwise is exactly the agency behaviour we left to get away from. What isn't new is the team: 50+ years of combined experience building websites and software inside global agencies and professional services firms.

Instead of logos, judge us on the working method: published prices, a written fixed quote, a live preview link from day one, and weekly demos while we build. Ask and we'll walk you through current projects — and put you in touch with the people we're building for right now.

Questions

What Merseyside businesses ask us.

Are you actually near Merseyside?

Yes — our studio is in Moore, on the Cheshire side of the Mersey, about forty minutes from Liverpool city centre. Kickoff meetings and site visits across Merseyside are straightforward; the rest of the project runs on a weekly call and a shared demo link.

What does a Merseyside website cost?

The same as everywhere else we work: £1,950 for a Launch site, £3,950 for Growth, £5,950 for an online shop, all fixed in writing before we start. The price doesn't change because of your postcode.

Can you take bookings or sell products through the site?

Both. Booking and quote forms come with the Growth package; full online shops with payments, shipping and stock emails are the Commerce build. We'll recommend the smallest one that does the job.

Do you write the words?

We shape the copy with you — you know your customers, we know what makes a page convert. Most clients are surprised how painless it is; nobody expects you to arrive with finished text.

What happens after launch?

Thirty to ninety days of fixes are included depending on the package, and care plans start at £49 a month. Everything — domain, hosting, code — is in your name, so you're never locked in.
